Megan Weidlich, DPT, COMT, PRPC

A wife, mom of two little humans, dog mom, and thoughtful human. Megan loves seeking new adventures, friendly competition, and time spent in nature, especially if that includes sunshine and salt water.

As a lifelong learner with over a decade of experience in Physical Therapy, she is dedicated to helping those she works with achieve their maximum potential. Her advanced certifications (aka extra letters after her name) include orthopedic manual therapy and pelvic health.

Her love for pilates began as a PT student. It resonated so well because this style of exercise utilizes intentional movement that targets deep stabilizers, improving body awareness, posture, and strength. At the same time, it can be challenging and fun.
